Fig Balsamic Vinegar

We have taken our 100% balsamic vinegar and flavored it with puree of Black Mission Figs and a splash of Vanilla. Absolutely delicious poured over your favorite garden or fruit salad. Don’t be afraid to try it over your favorite ice cream. Our Favorite Salad: Baby Spinach, Fresh Cut Strawberries, Fresh Blueberries or Blackberries, Goat Feta Cheese, Pine Nuts, Grape Tomatoes cut in half, Dried Figs Sliced or any combination of the above. Drizzle Fig Balsamic sparingly, toss and serve.
